I had persnickety tenants occupying the home and had some issues in the past about access to the home. When Ryan showed up, sure enough, the tenants had contacted local law enforcement to be at the home during the inspection. After the female occupant felt comfortable with Ryan, she told the officer he could leave because she felt safe. Ryan was able to complete a thorough inspection of the home. He communicated to myself and my buyers what he found deficient on the property in a professional manner. In the end, we have a complete report and happy clients. I use Ryan because he is a United States Veteran, as am I and my clients. Airborne all the way!

I had a great experience using Veteran Home Inspectors to perform my recent home inspection. He didn't mind that I shadowed the whole inspection, and he took the time to educate me on several different things throughout. I had several questions which he was able to answer for me. Anything he didn't know, he was honest in telling me that too. Even after the inspection he was available to answer more concerns of mine about the house. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home inspector, especially because he is more qualified than most. He also donates 10% of his profits to help veterans in need. Great service!

Ryan is very knowledgeable in this field and helped me with my first home inspection. As a first time buyer I really didn't know what to look for but he explained what he was looking for or what I should look out for in future ownership. I recommend using veteran home inspectors

Refreshing experience! After my last inspection I walked away thinking, my god what a racket I can't believe how much we pay these people to walk around with a clipboard and shake their head at stuff. My experience with Veteran was much better, the inspector was very friendly and engaged in helping me assess the house I was looking at. He also had no problem taking the time to explain things to me as we went which, in my opinion, is what makes the inspection fee well worth it. Felt robbed last time I had a home inspected, but had no problem at all cutting my check for Veteran. And the fact that he gives 10% to charity on top of that is incredible. Update: The first house I used Veteran for fell through, so I called them up to inspect the next house for me as well and I had an equally great experience the second time around. Very professional, very thorough, and great communication.

We had an amazing experience with Veteran Home Inspectors! This was our first time buying a house and Ryan helped us feel confident in being able to make a good decision about the house we were looking at. He was very thorough, professional, and incredibly helpful. He took time to answer our questions and explain what things meant and he gave us a detailed report shortly after. We really were blown away by Ryan and how helpful he was
